**People & Culture Generalist*in**:

- Als **Generalist*in für People & Culture** sind Sie für die aktive und **strategische Weiterentwicklung** des Hilfswerk Salzburg in allen relevanten Personalprozessen insbesondere **Recruiting und Personalentwicklung** gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung zuständig.**Aufgabenbereich**:

- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung aller relevanten Personalprozesse einschließlich der digitalen Tools
- Sparringpartner*in für die Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte in sämtlichen Agenden entlang des Employee Lifecycles
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte im Recruiting-Prozess (inkl. Preboarding)
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung neuer Methoden der Personalgewinnung
- Entwicklung, Gestaltung und Organisation von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen im Sinne des Employer Brandings
- Organisation und Teilnahme an Personalmarketingveranstaltungen
- Verankerung und laufende Wartung der Personalprozesse im internen Informationssystem
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von People & Culture Projekten
- Reporting, Aufbereitung von Präsentationen
- Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Universität oder FH), vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalma-nagement/Human Resources Management
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalbereich
- Teamplayer-Mentalität, Verbindung von strategischem Denken mit operativem Handeln
- Kreativität, insbesondere im Bereich Employer Branding
- Gespür für aktuelle und zukünftige Trends im Personalbereich
- Profundes Wissen in den Bereichen Recruiting und Personalentwicklung
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
- Eigenverantwortung, lösungsorientiertes Denken, Umsetzungsstärke und Flexibilität
- Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Drive und Verständnis für die Herausforderungen im Sozialbereich

**Bezahlung**:

- Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt nach SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag in der Verwendungsgruppe 8. Informieren Sie uns über Ihre bisherige Laufbahn - sie erhöht Ihr Gehalt.
