Team Leader Ergonomics

**THE TASKS AWAITING YOU**:

- Management of the ergonomics team within the road motorcycle development department
- Resource and schedule planning for the team
- Leading, building and developing the team members
- responsible for ergonomics design on new vehicle projects
- responsible for building the CAD ergonomics assemblies for the vehicles
- close cooperation with development partners and designers
- further development of processes and ergonomics guidelines
- Technology scouting as well as conducting patent searches

**HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US**:

- technical education (HTL/FH/TU, e.g. in Human Factors Engineering or similar)
- at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of ergonomics
- proficient handling of CAD systems, ideally experience with ProEngineer/Creo, NX/Unigraphics and/or Ramsis
- valid MS Office skills
- good English skills, both written and spoken
- Affinity for motorcycles
- Leadership skills as well as high self-motivation
- communicative personality with organizational talent
- resourcefulness with innovative and analytical way of working
