**Operations Manager (f/m/d), 50-100% job sharing, NTO-DSS, Schaftenau, Austria**

Up to 10 That’s the number of commercial & clinical products we are manufacturing per year at Drug Substance Schaftenau. Join our team as Operations Manager and you will have the possibility to lead the site operational excellence journey to improve the performance, productivity, quality in order to ensure site competiveness. You will have the possibility to work active on aspects related to site strategy, project governance & management, digitalization and financial management.**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Set objectives and develops site vision together with the site leadership team functions, acting as SPOC for the Site Head
- Development and implementation of a site strategy roadmap aligned with the global NO strategy
- Coordinating the preparation of the Site Master Plan
- Define and implement standards for the site project governance as well as coordination of the project portfolio
- Define and implement standards for the program management of strategic projects linked to each other incl. project charter, business case, tracking scope, time and cost
- Responsible for defining the requirements of site-specific services as part of the formal SLA between the site and the NOCCs; acting as SPOC for the ops center
- Responsible for consolidation and reporting of site KPIs
- Ensures seamless flow of knowledge and information within the site, across site functions, and with other Sites when applicable

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University degree in natural & technical sciences, business management, economics or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with proven leadership skills
- Ability to act in a sophisticated and rapidly changing business environment
- Consistent record in leading interdisciplinary teams, project management skills as well as strong communication skills
- Fluent in English, German beneficial

- Strong negotiator, influencing and persuading
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong in defining and implementing productivity improvement measures
