With almost 150 rooms, the 4-star superior hotel "Lebenberg Schlosshotel" is the largest of the Harisch family. **What is there to do?**:

- Supporting the Chef de Patisserie in the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts in accordance with our quality standards
- In particular the production of desserts, cakes and pastries, bread products and individual confectionery
- Checking all prepared components for quality and taste
- Responsible handling of food and work equipment
- Assistance with the daily cleaning work
- Supporting other posts - depending on your own workload situation Compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

**What should you bring with you?**:

- Successfully completed vocational training as a chef or pastry chef
- First professional experience in the patisserie desirable
- Creativity and enjoy working with high-quality food
- Good technical knowledge and a high level of quality awareness
- Organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken German, technical knowledge of English
- ... and above all a love of the job

**We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.**:
