Ihre Aufgaben- Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards anhand der Entwicklung von Qualitätsprogrammen, -plänen sowie Qualitätszielen und Qualitätsstrategien
- Management und Kontrolle von relevanten Qualitätsprozessen sowie Bearbeitung eskalierter Kundenbeschwerden sowie Überwachung und Planung von internen und externen Audits
- Implementierung und Überwachung von KPIs
- Koordination und Entwicklung globaler bereichsübergreifender Verbesserungsprojekte zur Sicherung der Qualität und deren Nachhaltigkeit. Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen und die Planung sowie Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen inkl. deren Dokumentation
- Verantwortung zukunftsweisender Korrekturmaßnahmen (8D Reports, Fehleranalysen, etc.) zur strategischen Qualitätssicherstellung und zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Abstimmung von Beschwerden mit TGs und Kunden, um eine nachhaltige Kundenbindung und -Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen
- Intensive und fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit über alle Hierarchien und Instanzen in der Organisation
- Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltmanagement am Standort- Ihr Profil-
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Qualitäts
- und Prozessmanagement oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenspektrum mit Führungsverantwortung
- Analytisches, prozessorientiertes und strukturiertes Handeln
- Fundiertes Know-how in den relevanten Qualitätsstandards und -verfahren
- Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, Kundenorientierung, überzeugendes Auftreten sowie Motivation Qualitätsthemen abteilungsübergreifend intern und als auch extern voranzutreiben
- Konsequent und nachhaltig im Vorantreiben und Begleiten von Veränderungsprozessen in unserem Unternehmen
- Routinierter Umgang mit den relevanten IT-Tools und den Officeanwendungen
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Problemlösungskompetenz, organisatorisches Geschick und Teamgeist- Was wir bieten-
