Jr. Business Development Manager

**Jr. Business Development Manager - E-Mobility / Battery Systems**:
As a member of our project team in the world of batteries and e-mobility, you will be the interface between Production, R&D, Business Development and our customers. Within this diverse and international environment, you will experience and contribute to the development and commercialization of products that are uniquely manufactured for very demanding customers that can have a battery cell, automotive and/or aerospace background. Your overall goal will be to push our project timelines and support our business development through analytical and hands-on work that can either be necessary within our Constantia plants or directly at our customers sites. In this role you are directly reporting to the Head of Business Development - E-Mobility / Battery Systems.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Market Research (incl. product trends, technical developments and competitive intelligence)
- Science-based marketing activities through e.g. development of academic white papers and/or coordination of internal or external product trials
- Support of local R&D personnel & data structurization of analytical work
- Support of development and procurement tasks (incl. supplier and material evaluation)
- Review of contractual obligations and technical specifications within client tenders
- Technical consultation of battery cell clients
- Technical Product Training at plant-level (where necessary)
- Representation of Constantia Group in battery conferences and trade shows
**Requirements**:
- Academic degree in technically oriented studies (Chemistry, Mechanical/Electric Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Packaging Technology etc.)
- Ideally 2 years of first working experience in an industrial environment, e.g. in project management, project engineering or business development
- Good understanding of information management and handling of complex tasks/challenges
- First experience in managing a small project and in communication with customers/external stakeholders

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement would be € 52.197,04 p.a.
The actual compensation will be higher depending on the experience and qualifications of the jobholder.
