- Cash management- quality assurance & approvals of incoming invoices
- monitoring of payables / checking payment status / blocking dispute invoices for payments etc.
- request of cash refunds-
- Financial & administrative support- project cost / revenue controlling
- initiation of bookings corrections
- costs & revenues planning of various projects and solution in the planning tool
- resource planning of various projects and solution in resource planning tool Apollo
- preparation of various reports: non-approved invoices, ACT vs Plan, project reports on request, customer reports
- checking of bookings completeness for further charging to projects / solutions
- request of Project / Solution Setups
- creation of purchase requests
- review & verification & initiation of changes for portfolio master
- support of head of departments with various financial and administrative tasks-
- Contract management- addressing contract management tasks and proactive support of IT resp. with its execution
- tracking CM tasks and progress-
- Work with the following tools- SAP and Fiori invoice workflow
- SAP Business planning and Consolidation tool (BPC)
- MS office tools
- Apollo tool- Your Background:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role; a close environment is an advantage
- University/FH degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance
- IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hands on-experience with SAP is an advantage
- Teamplayer with a „can do” mentality and ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
- Very good analytical skills and attention to details
