**About your position**
Our IT infrastructure consists of Cloud-based SaaS and IaaS solutions and IT hardware for fulfillment operations at our locations in Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, France and USA.
In order to strengthen our growing global team, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior System Administrator to be based in our office in Vienna, Austria.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
*
Participating in design, deployment and support of Hardware, Network and Cloud IT infrastructure.
- User management and further administration of SaaS systems such as GSuite, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, FreshService/Jira, Microsoft Dynamics 2017.
- Network troubleshooting and monitoring of UniFi infrastructure
- First and second level technical support on-site in our Vienna office and remotely for our warehouses, asset management, team onboarding, offboarding

**To be successful, you will need the following skills**:

- High level of analytical ability, problem solving skills and security awareness
- Hands on and detailed work style, with a passion for creating and improving processes
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking (LAN, WAN, Wifi, DNS, DHCP.)
- Real-world experience with network devices such as switches, wireless access points etc.
- Experience with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu)
- Confident use of English, both spoken and written

For this role we offer a gross salary starting from EUR 2.900/month.
A further overpayment is possible depending on specific qualifications and experience.
