Polestar ist die schwedische Marke für leistungsstarke Elektroautos, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, die Gesellschaft durch den Einsatz von Design und Technologie zu verbessern, um den Übergang zu einer nachhaltigen Mobilität zu beschleunigen.

Wir planen, bis 2026 ein Produktportfolio aus fünf Performance Elektroautos aufzubauen. Polestar 2 wurde 2019 als elektrischer Performance Fastback eingeführt. Ende 2022 wurde Polestar 3 als SUV für das Elektrozeitalter vorgestellt. Der Launch von Polestar 4, einem transformierten SUV Coupé, erfolgte 2024. Polestar 5, ein elektrischer 4-türiger GT, und Polestar 6, ein elektrischer Roadster, folgen bald.

Als Space Specialist sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Besucher inspiriert und unterstützt werden, um mehr über Polestar zu erfahren, sobald sie unseren Polestar Space betreten. Polestar hat die innovativsten Fahrzeuge entwickelt und Du wirst dazu beitragen, ein ebenso innovatives und unvergessliches Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen.

Du informierst unsere Kundinnen über die Polestar Produkte, technische Besonderheiten, Designmerkmale, Finanzierungsmethoden sowie Bestellmöglichkeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales
- sowie Supply-Team.

Diese Position ist in unserem Polestar Space Graz (Teilzeit ab 20h) angesiedelt.

**Was machst Du**

As Space Specialist sorgst Du dafür, dass die Besucher alles über Polestar erfahren, sobald den Space betreten.

Weiters wirst Du:

- Probefahrten planen und durchführen,
- Polestar Produkte präsentieren,
- unsere Kunden über Angebote informieren und durch den Kaufprozess begleiten,
- ein Vorbild für die Kultur und die Verhaltensweisen von Polestar sein,
- ein Teil des Polestar Teams sein, um gemeinsam die Begeisterung für die Polestar Produkte bei Besuchern zu wecken und über Produkte, Finanzierungslösungen, Service usw. informieren.

**Dein Profil**

Als Person bist Du neugierig, kreativ und enthusiastisch. Du hast eine kundenorientierte Denkweise, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einen empathischen Instinkt, der es Dir ermöglicht, die Bedürfnisse der Menschen zu verstehen. Du bist energiegeladen, selbstmotiviert und setzt Dinge in die Tat um - Du gibst Dich nie mit dem Status quo zufrieden. Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringst Du eine große Lernbereitschaft und Leidenschaft für die Marke Polestar, Dein Engagement für Design und ihre Verpflichtung zur Nachhaltigkeit mit.

Als Space Sales Specialist unterstützt Du das Team, um Veränderungen und Entwicklungen voranzutreiben. Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche ist für diese Stelle nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber du solltest Folgendes mitbringen:

- Mehr als ein Jahr Erfahrung in einem kundenorientierten Einzelhandelsumfeld
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch ist ein Vorteil
- Du bist in der Lage, alle Polestar-Produkte und -Dienstleistungen schnell zu beherrschen
- Zusätzliche Erfahrung im Umfeld von Premium-/ Luxusmarken, im Schauspiel, in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, im Unterricht, in der Eventplanung oder in der Kundenbetreuung werden ebenfalls positiv berücksichtigt.

Für diese Stelle sind ein gültiger Führerschein sowie die Flexibilität, abends und an Wochenenden zu arbeiten, falls erforderlich, Voraussetzung.

Gemäß KV Handel ist für diese Position die Einstufung in die Beschäftigungsgruppe C vorgesehen. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung und wird individuell vereinbart.
