A new opportunity for a certified Accountant Our client with long experience within the property management consultancy business is on the lookout for a German and English speaking Accountant. This role will be working as the connecting piece between the clients customers, as well as the client itself.

**Your responsibility will include**:

- Meets or exceeds all criteria and expectations of accounting, financial and administrative activities, with regard to billing, credit control and treasury
- Support the Finance Manager with regards to reporting tasks and ad hoc analysis
- Support the properties Financial Accountant in reporting, analysis, and general ledger
- Maintain the sales ledger by booking cash receipts, posting journal entries and reconciling the trial balance to the general ledger

**About you**:
**Profile**
- Fluent in German and English (C1 or C2 level) both written and spoken
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Credit control / accounts receivable experience.
- Certified Accounting qualification.
