**Your future Role**:
- Be the future team lead of our Full-Stack DevTeam (with currently 5 employees) who shares profound knowledge in PHP and React and guides the team with support and appreciation
- Together with your agile team you will work on the design and development of a new web frontend for the TimeTac product line
- You ensure high quality of our product-line via bug-fixing and test automation
- Lead agile team meetings, one-on-ones and annual performance review meetings to ensure personal and professional growth within your team (our working language is English)
- Define OKRs for your team that are reachable and manageable
- Act as the main contact for Product Management for future implementations
- Understand and transport goals, strategies and values of the company to your team members
- In this role you will report directly to our Head of Software Development, who ensures you full support and guidance
**Your Skills**:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Technical studies related to Software Engineering
- 5+ years of verifiable experience in working with React & PHP
- Skilled with refactoring, performance tuning and software architecture
- Profound experience and proponent of (unit, integration & e2e) test automation
- 3+ years experience in leading agile teams
- Passionate about coding and able to motivate and support others
- Always willing to lead by example
