**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Administrative und inhaltliche Unterstützung des Global Head of Legal & Compliance sowie des gesamten L&C Teams sowie eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Themen und Projekten wie bspw.:

- Kontakt zu Anwaltskanzleien
- Rechnungskontrolle und Freigabe
- Aufbereitung von Daten in Excel sowie das Erstellen von Powerpoint Präsentationen
- Management des Sanktions
- und Geldwäsche Präventionstools
- Vorbereitung von Verträgen
- Vorbereiten von internen Compliance und Legal Schulungen
- Rückstellungsmanagement

**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder juristische Ausbildung auf Matura
- und/oder Universitäts
- bzw. Fachhochschulniveau (HAK, juristische Basisausbildung)
- Erfahrung im Bereich Assistenztätigkeit, idealerweise in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder einer unternehmensinternen Rechtsabteilung bzw. Vergleichbares
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und kommunikationsstark
- Juristische Basisausbildung bzw. juristische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Diskretionsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Hands On-Mentalität
- Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift

- Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet das Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Gemäß unseres Kollektivvertrags liegt dieses bei Euro 3.024,27. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung und wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
