Wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit der Servicierung und Wartung von IT-Services hast und dich selbstsicher und lösungsorientiert nach außen präsentierst, dann bist du richtig bei uns als Lead IT-Support.
**Was dich erwartet**:
Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Servicierung der Client
- und Server-Infrastrukturen, sowie Microsoft 365-basierten Cloud-Apps. Dabei bist du Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, wenn es um die Behebung von Incidents geht. Kurzum: Du kümmerst dich um das operative day-to-day Business. Wir setzen auf deine Fähigkeiten als IT-Allrounder mit Netzwerk
- und Security-Kompetenzen.
**Was du mitbringst**:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit drei Jahren Berufserfahrung im IT-Support-Bereich.
Technische Tools wie ein IT-Service Desk oder eine Remote Management & Monitoring Lösung sind dir nicht fremd und du hast idealerweise schon mit Citrix gearbeitet. Du bist das Arbeiten mit Microsoft Collaboration Tools wie SharePoint und Teams gewohnt und bist erfahren im Umgang mit relevanten Cloud-Apps von Microsoft 365. Die Denkweise nach ITSM-Standards ist für dich kein Problem.
Deine motivierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit zeichnet dich aus und du bist es gewöhnt, selbständig zu Arbeiten und Prozesse durchzudenken.
Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift ist Pflicht.
