Your new adventure

Managing and coordinating incidents in order to reduce service interruptions while minimizing the impact on operations

Taking charge of incidents and managing multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor technical resources in crisis cells

Participating in the deployment of recommended solutions and providing documentation and indicators required for the major incident process

Ensure that incidents are properly documented by the technical teams

Produce executive summaries, reports to management

Follow up with problem management and change management

Suggest ways of improving the management of major incidents

Your experience s and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or applied computer science or equivalent experience

2+ years experience in comparable IT role or in a Service Desk role, or 5+ years without Computer Science education

Experience in global Business and IT organization with remote sites

Solid language skills in German and English

Problem-solving team player with a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and analytical thinking

We offer

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53.068,12 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
