Become a key member of our team as a Lead Night Shift Operations Coordinator at BRP-Rotax, where you'll play a vital role in driving technological progress and sustainable mobility.

About the Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for night shift employees in production areas, ensuring seamless communication and instruction.
  • Collaborate with team spokespersons to optimize safety, productivity, quality, and personnel deployment strategies.
  • Manage personnel exchanges between business units, working closely with team leaders to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Act as a liaison for security operations, fostering close cooperation with plant security teams.
  • Document and report safety incidents, conducting regular health & safety and 5S checks.
  • Pursue independent problem-solving initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Your Background and Skills

  • A specialist technical apprenticeship qualification, preferably in machining technology, toolmaking, or production technology, with further training as an industrial or plant foreman.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven expertise in SAP and MS Office, as well as knowledge of REFA and TPM.
  • Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle diverse personalities and exceptional communication skills.
  • Willingsness to work exclusively on the night shift.

Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary package, including corresponding overpayment.
