About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our procurement and automation efforts. This is a key position that will drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for procurement and automation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements
- Technical qualification in mechanical engineering, automation technology, or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience in plant procurement, plant construction, or setting up production lines.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in German and English.
