Your new adventure

Contact person and authority to issue instructions for all employees on the night shift in the production areas Supporting the team spokespersons in the technical management of their teams with regard to safety, productivity, quality and the optimal deployment of personnel Responsibility for personnel exchanges between the business units if necessary in consultation with the team leaders Contact person for security operations and close cooperation with plant security Documenting and reporting safety and environmentally relevant incidents and carrying out health & safety and 5S checks Independent work on structured problem solving

Your experiences and skills

Specialist technical apprenticeship qualification, preferably in machining technology, toolmaking, production technology with further training as an industrial or plant foreman At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Practiced handling of SAP and MS Office as well as know-how in REFA and TPM Very good German and good English skills Skill in dealing with different personalities and excellent communication skills Willingness to work exclusively on the night shift

We offer

You will be offered an exciting position in an with many and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57,.92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
