Your new adventure

Responsibility for the on-time supply of prototype assembly with prototype parts available in sufficiently planned quantities and in specified quality

Close coordination with the internal project management, the development teams and the internal as well as external suppliers about the current status of the prototype/serial parts manufacturing or supply status

Scheduling the prototype assembly line and coordinating and updating the engine build plan

Control physical parts supply to prototype assembly and coordinate parts and engine shipping within BRP and to external development partners

Organizing quality inspection of prototype parts (dimensions, material testing, heat treatment, as-is vs. drawing specification) and handling rework or replacement deliveries for quality issues with suppliers

Planning and organization of inventory management and inventory overview of motor, gearbox and electric power unit components (e-motor, inverter)

Your experiences and skills

Completed technical apprenticeship (toolmaking, machining technology) or HTL (mechanical engineering, mechatronics) with several years of relevant professional experience in the field of propulsion technology (combustion or electric motors) and automotive engineering

Knowledge in mechanical processing of aluminum castings and mechanical manufacturing as well as assembly

Enthusiasm for combustion engines and electric drive technology

Experience in technical purchasing as well as logistics and scheduling, ideally of engine, transmission, mechatronics and power electronics components desirable

Very good German and good English skills

Communicative organizational talent with independent working style and the ability to maintain an overview of parallel projects

What we offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 41,390.02 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
