**Die Stelle**:
Als Unterstützung für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte Person, die in Teilzeit (20h oder 25h/Woche) arbeiten möchte. Die Forschungsgruppe Biologie in Wien arbeitet leidenschaftlich daran, mit innovativen therapeutischen Konzepten neue Wirkstoffe und Therapien für Krebspatient:innen zu entwickeln. Ihr Hauptfokus liegt in der Versandlogistik der Boehringer Ingelheim Forschungsmaterialien in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Boehringer Ingelheim Laboren und externen Kollaborationspartnern.

**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**:

- Erstellung der notwendigen Versandunterlagen und Überwachung des Versandvorgangs der Boehringer Ingelheim Forschungsmaterialien an interne und externe Empfänger
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs der Versandaufträge
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit anderen Funktionen und Geschäftsbereichen: Versandabteilung, Warenausgang, Zollabteilung, Assistenz, Forschungsmitarbeiter:innen
- Anwendung von Standardsoftware, wie MS Office sowie Expertensoftware (z. B. Versandsystem)
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Matura (Abitur) sowie begonnene oder abgeschlossene Fachausbildung (HTL, Laborant, Bachelor, Master) mit naturwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (Chemie, Biologie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie, o.ä.) von Vorteil
- Hohe Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Technologien und Prozesse
- Sorgfältigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Grunderfahrung im Umgang mit biologischem Material, Chemikalien und Gefahrstoffen ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken ist von Vorteil

Das Mindestgrundentgelt gemäß Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag liegt für diese Position bei € 43.548,40 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit), wobei das tatsächliche Gehalt Ihre fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen sowie Ihre beruflichen Vorerfahrungen berücksichtigt.
