Als Head of Logistics & Production (M/F/d) bist Du auf der einen Seite für die Transformation der Automobil Logistiknetzwerke der Auto1 Group in Österreich verantwortlich - das beinhaltet den Transport und die Lagerung unserer Fahrzeuge. Auf der anderen Seite für die Skalierung unserer Refurbishment-Kapazitäten - das beinhaltet die fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung aller Fahrzeuge, die für den Endkunden bestimmt sind. Die Fahrzeugaufbereitung unserer Werkstattmitarbeiter*innen beinhaltet die Reinigung, technische Überprüfung, Instandsetzung und Reparaturen laut Autohero Qualitätskriterien sowie die Erstellung von Foto
- und Videomaterial für unsere Autohero Plattform.

**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:
**LOGISTICS**
- Transformiere die Autotransport
- und Lagernetzwerke des Landes durch Optimierung der Geschwindigkeit, Effizienz
- und Qualitätskennzahlen über die gesamte Lieferkette
- Verhandle Verträge und Vereinbarungen mit Logistikanbietern
- Entwickle neue Geschäftsbeziehungen und pflege bestehende
- Monitor das Logistik Tagesgeschäft über Kennzahlen und Austausch mit dem Logistik Team Lead

**PRODUCTION**
- Skaliere unsere Refurbishment Kapazitäten und Fähigkeiten um größere Mengen von qualitativ hochwertigen Gebrauchtwagen zu produzieren
- Übernimm die Kapazitätsplanung und gestalte die Prozesse an unseren Standorten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams vor Ort und unserer Zentrale in Berlin
- Stell sicher, dass unsere Production-Zentren in jedem Produktionsschritt über perfekte Auslastungs
- und Qualitätskontrollprozesse verfügen
- Monitor das Refurbishment Tagesgeschäft über Kennzahlen und Austausch mit dem Refurbishment Team Lead

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung mit nachgewiesenem Erfolg in der Skalierung und Verbesserung der Abläufe in einer schnelllebigen Organisation
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in Führung, Management von Managern, Teambuilding und Talentmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Fahrzeugaufbereitung, Logistik oder Produktion sind von Vorteil
- Selbststarter mit analytischem Ansatz und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme im globalen Umfeld zu lösen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Westslawische Sprachen von Vorteil
