**In dieser Funktion sind sie verantwortlich für**:

- Die Freigabe von (zeitkritischen) Analysenergebnissen für die Steuerung der Produktionsprozesse sowie Freigabetestungen von Endprodukten
- Die Einhaltung der GMP-Anforderungen im analytischen Labor
- Die Definition und dem Follow up von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen und OOS
- Die Aktualität und Richtigkeit von Prüfvorschriften
- Die Durchführung von Change Control Assessments im Zuge regulatorisch relevanter Änderungen

**Ihre neuen Herausforderungen, die Sie begeistern**:

- Die Führung und Entwicklung eines motivierten Teams von 18 Labortechnikern im Schichtbetrieb (Leitung in Gleitzeit)
- Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen im Bereich QC Analytik

**Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt**:

- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (vorzugsweise Chemie, Lebensmittel
- und Biotechnologie, Pharmazie oder einen fachlich einschlägigen Fachhochschul-Studiengang) oder chemische Ausbildung plus >10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im GMP und Laborumfeld
- Führungserfahrung
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Mut zur Veränderung
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Selbständiger und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Sehr gute Deutsch, Englisch
- und MS-Office Kenntnisse
