**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung der rechtlicher Konsolidierungstätigkeiten für die Gruppe sowie Bereitstellung der Daten und Berichte
- Erstellung der berichtspflichtigen Konzernabschlüsse (inkl. Konzernabschluss-Prüfung)
- Mitwirkung beim internen und externen Reporting für internationalen agierenden börsennotierten Konzern
- Organisation des gesamten globalen Finanz-Reporting der Gruppe (Ist-, Planungs, Budgetierungs
- und Forecasting-Prozess )
- Bewertungen (z.B. Impairment-Test, Unternehmensbewertungen, PPA)
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung der relevanten IFRS Standards im Konzern
- Regelmäßige Aktualisierung unterschiedlicher Unterlagen (IFRS-, HFM-, Planungshandbuch etc.)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (WU, FH) mit wirtschaftlichem und IT-Technischen Schwerpunkten
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konsolidierung
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in internationaler Rechnungslegung nach IFRS
- Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenzen, lösungsorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
