Accounts Payable Accountant

We are currently seeking an **Accounts Payable Accountant** who will be responsible for A/P processing and payments, setting up new suppliers and support the P2P (procure to pay) process.

Join us at our location in **Puch bei Hallein (13km from Salzburg)** with a **Hybrid Work **solution

The position is temporary with the possibility to be extended longer than 14 months.

**What we’ll get you doing**:

- Process Accounts Payables invoices and payments
- Resolve invoice posting issues and handle and resolve vendor and internal staff queries pertaining to invoices
- Inter-company transactions, confirmations and reconciliations
- Support month end closing, incl. the preparation of accruals and review of month end issue
- Employee Expense Processing
- Support VAT returns, EC Sales, Intrastat and other statistics
- Prepare internal and external reports and filings
- Support in internal and external audits
- Support PO Management
- Actively support and initiate continuous improvement ideas within your area of responsibility and ensure compliance by adhering to internal control requirements

**The essential requirements of the role include**:

- Diploma as Certified Accountant (Buchhalter*in) with minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Advanced MS Office packet user (especially with Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and very good German (at least a B2 level)

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Working with ERP system, preferably Oracle

The minimum salary offered for this job is 38.400 EUR.
