As Senior Specialist for Personnel Planning and Controlling, you will support managers in their day-to-day business with regard to personnel planning and budgeting and push the automation of HR key figures with the help of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI). Your strengths include an affinity for numbers, a structured way of working and the ability to explain and present complex issues in a simple and logical manner.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Carrying out operational quantitative and qualitative personnel planning (rolling forecast, budget preparation, personnel expense planning).
- Preparing standard evaluations and short-term ad-hoc analyses, working out a basis for decision-making at the management level and deriving recommendations for action.
- Independently driving technical projects forward and, if necessary, handling (partial) project management.
- Analyzing key performance indicators and preparing them in the form of HR reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
- Working on the development and automation of HR reports (system-supported or in Excel) and contributing your ideas for the creation of reports and dashboards.
- Acting as the technical contact person for planning and controlling processes.
- Creating evaluations on various HR topics and continually expanding your knowledge in this regard.

**Your background**:

- Completed education in the field of business administration, business informatics, human resource management or a Matura related to business
- Relevant professional experience desirable
- IT affinity and a good understanding of numbers.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with SAP and reporting skills using Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Attention to details, analytical abilities and logical thinking skills
- Open and communicative personality
- Independent and structured way of working and able to quickly grasp new information
