**Your responsibilities**:

- You plan and organize the B&R Welcome Events for our new employees and carry them out
- You take over the overall organization of the holiday internship process including employer branding and recruiting
- Organization and planning of the annual company anniversaries
- Administration and maintenance of SAP employee master data incl. contact person and support for our subsidiaries subsidiaries
- Responsible for the management of company apartments in close coordination with our Real Estate, incl. issuing rental contracts and apartment handovers rental contracts and apartment handovers
- Carrying out TÜV audits, as well as contact person for internal and external audits in the HR area
- Supporting internal HR controls in accordance with Group guidelines
- Support in the area of personnel development: coordination & organization of training courses
- Administrative tasks in the HR area

**Your background**:

- Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HLW, FH, university, etc.) ideally with a focus on HR
- Ideally professional experience in a similar position in the HR area
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communication and team-oriented personality with a pronounced service orientation
- Structured and process-oriented way of working with a high affinity for digital HR systems
- Enjoy a varied job in a dynamic and international environment
