**Internship Human Resources**:
Are you looking for an internship in an international company to gain experience? Do you want to take a look behind the scenes of an HR department and actively support and supervise innovative HR projects? Then start your career in our international high-tech company

**Your responsibilities**:

- Overall support and monitoring of HR projects, such as the newly introduced childcare program
- Administrative and organizational tasks in the HR area
- Collaboration in the preparation of documents and presentations
- Preparation of evaluations and data analyses in a job-related environment
- Involvement in the implementation of personnel selection and recruitment
- Supporting the design and development of our internal digitization initiatives

**Your background**:

- Degree in business administration or communication sciences with a focus on human resources or marketing/communication or a similar field of study
- Good MS-Office skills
- Good command of English
- Ability to work in a team, open-minded, initiative
- High level of comprehension
- Organizational and conceptual skills
