Job Summary
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Planning Specialist to join our team at ABB, an innovative automation company. This role involves supporting managers in their day-to-day business with regard to planning and personnel budgets, promoting the automation of HR key figures with data visualization tools.

About the Role
This position reports to the Head of Human Resources and is responsible for providing expert advice on HR planning and controlling. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and experience with SAP systems and reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI. Key responsibilities include carrying out operational quantitative and qualitative personnel planning, preparing standard evaluations and short-term ad-hoc analyses, driving forward specialist projects, analyzing key figures, and visualizing them in HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a completed education in business administration, business informatics, or human resources management. Relevant professional experience is desirable, as well as high IT affinity and a good understanding of numbers. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is required. Experience with SAP & reporting knowledge with Microsoft Power BI is an advantage. Detail orientation, analytical ability, logical thinking skills, and open communication are essential for this role.

What We Offer
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $63,665 per month. In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
