Are you enthusiastic about working in Human Resources and do you find fulfillment in advising and supporting employees as part of the HR life cycle? Do you enjoy working out concepts and strategy just as much as handling operational activities? Are you an HR business expert and have HR experience? Then take a closer look

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement the people, culture and organization strategies aligned with the local business strategy.
- Oversee the implementation of HR processes within areas of responsibilities requiring on-site support and follow up.
- Representing HR in the wider business, establishing strong relationships with leaders by providing assistance and guidance in HR matters.
- Support managers in the implementation and follow up on performance management activities including performance improvement, oversight on the performance appraisal process, and training identification needs, and succession planning.
- Working closely with Talent Partners to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent pipeline in the organization considering internal Talent pool and external market.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand and identify learning requirements for both individuals and critical populations at a local level.
- Interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions.

**Your background**:

- Completed education, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Several years of professional experience as HR generalist or HR business partner in an industrial environment
- Very good German and English skills
- Knowledge of Austrian labor and social law
- Proactive sparring partner with empathy towards others, strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Highly motivated with structured and process-oriented work methods and a hands-on style
- Strategic, solution-oriented and business-minded approach to work
