We are looking for Talent Acquisition Team Lead for our Talent Acquisition (TA) resources in Austria to deliver the strategy and operation excellence for all business areas in a set geography, in alignment with company governance and wider HR strategy. Reporting to Business area Talent Acquisition Lead Robotics & Discrete Automation you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for all office-based (non-production) recruitment campaigns, internal and external hiring, representing the TA function and collaborating with business leaders, line managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other HR teams to provide a seamless service to the business.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a standard requisition load and additionally taking on people leadership and organizational management responsibilities
- Working with the Business leaders across the geographies to understand business demand, urgencies, to deliver TA services, and deliver any incremental common and distinct services, including understanding budget implications
- Fully accountable for leading TA operations, including managing KPI’s and SLA’s for the functions, optimal resource availability & level-loading, & forecasting to meet business needs
- People leadership responsibilities for the local talent team in Austria, ensuring effective sizing and staffing of the team to best support business requirements
- Experts in talent availability and service offerings (i.e. competitive intelligence, third party recruiting) - acting as a consultant proposing best solution to the business
- Designing and aligning operating and allocation model to meet business needs and resource utilization
- Ensuring compliance of internal processes and systems with country legislation, HR policies and compliance standards
- Executing local early talent and university relations projects

**Your background**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR and expertise in driving talent acquisition models, processes and tools
- Proven track record in delivering results by influencing across a matrixed environment, with multiple stakeholders. High learning agility and adaptability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Skilled in leading a diverse team
- Experience supporting TA operations including managing KPI’s and SLA’s for the geography, optimal resource availability & level-loading, & forecasting to meet business needs
- End-to-End process awareness, continuous improvement approach and experience managing change projects
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders in the defined geography. Possess exceptional communication skills
- Capable of creating challenging new ideas and providing constructive input
- Fluency in English and German
