**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- 3-5 years of experience running employee brand and engagement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources/Business/Marketing/Communications or related field or relevant experience
- Required to have strong communication skills and be business fluent in German and English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, network and influence relevant business stakeholders.
- Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience to run branding projects
- Positive to have experience in the Austrian or German talent market including school and university network
