Are you passionate about HR administration and want to contribute your expertise to a successful industrial company? **Your responsibilities**:

- Handling of personnel administration from entry to exit
- Acting as direct contact for employees, managers and HR business partners for all HR-relevant social insurance, labor
- and tax issues
- Collaboration in the preparation of payrolls
- Optimizing and digitalizing processes and documentation
- Exchanging information and cooperating with administrative offices, government agencies and health insurance
- companies
- Carrying out annual financial statement work and acting as contact person for auditors
- Creating of evaluations and reports
- Participating in HR projects
- Providing support for the time recording system

**Your background**:

- Experience supporting end-to-end HR processes
- Professional experience in operational payroll accounting preferred
- SAP knowledge and experience in time management preferred
- Enjoy working on HR projects, also from the perspective of new digitization and technology trends
- Experience with HR ticketing systems preferred
- Knowledge of Austrian labor, income and social security law desirable
- Independent and proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving activities
- Responsible and service-oriented personality with a strong affinity for numbers
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
