**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des Head of Production Austria sowie der jeweiligen Produktionsteams
- Effizientes Office-Management (Terminkoordination, Korrespondenztätigkeiten, Präsentationsvorbereitung, Reporting, etc.)
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Produktionsbereich (Zeitdatenbeauftragung, Reisekostenabrechnung, etc.)
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten, Prozessoptimierungen und internen Abläufen
- Schnittstellenfunktion für das Kernteam der Produktion sowie Payroll / HR

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, o.Ä.)
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Assistenz (bevorzugt in einem Industrieunternehmen)
- Exzellente MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System erwünscht
- Kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent
- Vorliebe für eine eigenständige, klar strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise im Team
