In this position, you will be responsible for the standardization and optimization of production processes in the field of industrial electronics assembly. **This position reports to**:
Abteilungsleiter Industrial Engineering

**Your responsibilities**:

- Standardization of production technologies (e.g. joining, screwing, pressing, laser marking) to be used at our global production sites
- Optimization and further development of production technologies to increase productivity (incl. KPI monitoring)
- Development of scalable and configurable solutions, including interfaces to the MES / ERP system
- Creation of prototypes and further development up to a standardized solution
- Implementation, documentation and training of standards in the production areas
- Support in development and industrialization projects as an expert in the field of production technologies
- Scouting, evaluation and validation of new production technologies

**Your background**:

- Completed technical training (HTL/FH/TU)
- Several years of professional experience in assembly / production
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production facilities & production logistics in an industrial environment
- Interest in new innovative technologies
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as strong implementation skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative, team-oriented and assertive personality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel
