**Commercial Process Manager**:

As a Commercial Process Manager, you will be responsible to implement, run and continuously develop commercial processes within the global sales network. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and design and ensure efficient and compliant global processes in the area of bid/tendering, customer contract management and risk reviews. As commercial process manager you will act as key interface between global sales organizations and central functions as sales management, legal, finance and sales operations to ensure compliant and efficient execution of global commercial processes.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliant and efficient global processes for customer contracts, risk reviews and the execution of global commercial guidelines
- Align corporate guidelines and sales process requirements to meet both efficiency and compliance in executing regulations
- Implement and run global processes for customer contract management to ensure transparency and effective coordination between sales, legal and finance. Additionally support the implementation of a tooling to administrate, approve and monitor customer contracts.
- Optimize and run risk review processes including work-flow definition and coordination of decision meetings for big deals
- Support the pricing function in translating guidelines and regulations into commercial processes (e.g. execution of standard terms, design of customer bonus agreements, approval levels and processes)
- Ensure compliance through definition and training of the proper execution of relevant stakeholders
- Build a strong international network with key stakeholders in sales, sales operations, legal and finance
- Support and drive the digitalization of commercial processes in scope

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a business/legal or engineering with commercial background
- 3- 5 years of work experience in an international environment in a role linked to commercial business execution (e.g. finance, legal, sales or sales operations)
- Ability to drive and execute changes in an international environment
- Ability to act as speaking partner in different disciplines and between different cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process management and project management skills
- Basic knowledge of IT environments and opportunities for process digitalization
