**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Unterstützung der Integration, Implementierung und Dokumentation der Standards für den ABB-Beschaffungsprozess; Förderung der Implementierung neuer (ABB-) Beschaffungstools und Verbesserung der bestehenden IT-Beschaffungslandschaft; Kommunikation von Prozess
- und Toolstandards und Updates an die globale Beschaffungsgemeinschaft
- Regelmäßige Schulung und Überprüfung der Beschaffungsprozesse und -tools (national/international); Koordination mit ABB-Kolleg:innen und Vertretung von Global Sourcing bei der Durchführung verschiedener Projektaktivitäten. Unterstützung der Revisionstätigkeit und Vertretung von Global Sourcing (intern und extern) bei der Arbeit an Projekten; Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Berichterstattung an spezifische Nutzergruppen

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Informatik, Data Science o. Ä.)
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse im internationalen Einkauf und/oder Lieferkettenmanagement, Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Prozessen
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit dem SAP-Modul MM bevorzugt; Gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, systematische Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben ordnungsgemäß auszuführen
- Teamfähigkeit, Pioniergeist und Erfolgsorientierung; Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
