In this position, you will be responsible for the standardization and optimization of production processes in the assembly and packaging of industrial electronics. Through professional project management, standardization and automation, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the company. Sounds exactly like your dream job? **Your responsibilities**:

- Management and further development of the team consisting of experts in production technologies, packaging and prototyping
- Optimization and automation of production technologies and packaging solutions to increase productivity according to LEAN criteria
- Ensuring series maturity at the start of production
- Development of scalable and configurable solutions, including interfaces to the MES / ERP system
- Implementation, documentation and training of standards in the production areas
- Support for development and industrialization projects in the area of production technologies and packaging
- Scouting, evaluation and validation of new production technologies and packaging solutions

**Your background**:

- Completed technical training (HTL/FH/TU)
- Experience in the area of employee management
- Several years of professional experience in assembly / production
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production facilities & production logistics in an industrial environment
- Interest in new innovative technologies
- Ability to act independently and autonomously as well as strong implementation skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative, team-oriented and assertive personality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
