The Factory Training team takes care of the basics for professional training and education, primarily in the manufacturing area of B&R. Well-trained employees are a prerequisite for good integration into the various teams of our modern production of electronics and mechatronics products. The appropriate training at the right time promotes motivation and appreciation of the employees and at the same time ensures the production quality in every work step.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Factory Training Team
- Planning and structuring of general and technical training for our employees in the manufacturing and warehouse logistics environment
- Design and delivery of in-depth training
- Coordinating documentation for training materials and interactive learning units with the editorial team
- Supporting teams in the development of training concepts based on blended learning as part of workshops or development projects
- Close collaboration and cooperative exchange with teams from industrialization, manufacturing and logistics and the HR department
- Coordination and implementation of data maintenance for the IT systems used in the training environment

**Your background**:

- Technical education in the field of automation, electrical engineering, production, etc.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of knowledge transfer and technology-supported learning
- Sound knowledge of training methods Interest in designing and implementing concepts
- MS Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Independent and systematic way of working as well as high commitment
- Friendly appearance, very good communication and team skills and high self motivation
