Location: AustriaThis position reports toR&D Global Unit LeadYour role and responsibilitiesConduct user interviews and contextual inquiries to gather insights on behavior, goals, and pain points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create design artifacts like personas and journey maps, fostering a user-centric approach to problem solving.
Furthermore:
• You will be tasked with leading the UX process within your designated product area, while
consistently advocating for a user-centric approach within your team.
• Advocate for the prioritization of user centered design changes, refinements, and
improvements.
• Leverage our internal UX Design System while actively contributing to its continuous
improvement and evolution.
• Participate in various initiatives as a member of the UX team and contribute to elevating the
organization's UX maturity level.Qualifications for the roleMaster’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Candidates who demonstrate the ability to swiftly grasp and understand a complex B2Bdeveloper tool will be prioritized. While a background in computer science is beneficial, past relevant work experience will also be considered. 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, working within cross functional teams to conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and building prototypes.Portfolio of your best projects displaying your direct contributions as a UX designerThis role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.Familiarity with using our primary UX design tool: Figma. In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of 4.215,39 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
