**As Technical Product Owner you will lead and assure the market success and long-term profitable growth of our Machine Vision offering. You will work closely with our Product Management team through all its life cycle phases, according to market needs and the portfolio strategy and targets.**:

- Leading a multinational team to implement the B&R Machine Vision strategy
- Ensuring your products to be delivered to market with maximum competitiveness and within resource and cost targets
- Representing B&R Machine Vision to customers and internal/external stakeholders in alignment with the Global Product Manager
- Creating an inspiring and efficient organizational environment for the Machine Vision development team
- Your background
- Engineering degree, ideally in the field of electronics and/or software engineering
- Several years of relevant professional and leadership experience in a comparable management position
- Fluent German and English
- Demonstrable track record of advanced technology and engineering skills, with a particular focus on hybrid hardware/software products
- Experience in managing large R&D teams with customer-centric services
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical issues for further decision making as well as effective stakeholder management
- Strategic and innovative thinking coupled with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong focus on results
- Excellent communicator with a hands-on mentality and inclusive leadership style

In order to comply with legal requirements, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in the amount of € 3,913.80 gross/month. A clear willingness to increase pay based on qualifications and experience.
