**Your role and responsibilities**:
Do you have an analytical and structured working style and are you characterized by your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team? Are you driven by your own demand for high-quality work results? In addition, do you have strong technical expertise and several years of professional experience in the legal department of a company or law firm? Your responsibilities - Independently drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts in coordination with the respective business units (sales and purchasing) - Preparation and active participation in internal risk reviews with regard to contractual aspects - Updating and adapting legal templates and processes such as general terms and conditions, framework agreements, third party management, etc. to current legal developments and internal Group requirements - Comprehensive advice and implementation of internal Group requirements/guidelines in the area of integrity - Carrying out integrity investigations

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Successful degree in law, business law or a comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in a company with a comparable international structure or a commercial law firm
- Specific knowledge of IT, software and copyright law is an advantage
- Committed and integrative appearance, commitment, strong team and communication skills, strong hands-on mentality and flexibility, service, solution and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working
- Strong understanding of economic interrelationships and technical issues as well as an entrepreneurial mindset, ideally product knowledge from the industry
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
