**Über die Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Unterstützung bei der Prüfung, Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen (Intellectual Property, Sales, etc.) - Support bei der Entwicklung, Aktualisierung und Standardisierung von Vertragsvorlagen (z.B. Non-Disclosure Agreements) - Laufende Betreuung und Verwaltung von gesellschaftsrechtlichen Themen im nationalen sowie internationalen Kontext - Mitwirken bei nationalen wie internationalen Projekten - Vertragsverwaltung (Electronic Contract Life-Cycle Management) - Kommunikation mit relevanten Stakeholdern innerhalb der ABB/B&R Gruppe

**Qualifikationen für die Rolle**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften bzw. Wirtschaftsrecht
- Vorkenntnisse insbesondere des internationalen Vertrags
- u. Wirtschaftsrechts
- Deutsch & Englisch fließend in Wort & Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zum analytischen und strukturierten Arbeiten
- Verschwiegenheit und Loyalität
- Selbstbewusstes und professionelles Auftreten, sowie Durchsetzungs
- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamorientiert und proaktives Handeln
