Do you have an analytical and structured working style and does your communication skills and ability to work in a team distinguish you? Does your aspiration for high-quality work results drive you forward? Do you also have strong technical expertise and several years of professional experience in a legal department of a company or a law firm?

**Your responsibilities**:

- Independently preparing, negotiating and reviewing contracts in coordination with the respective business units and handling administration of these contracts
- Preparing and actively participating in risk reviews related to contractual aspects
- Updating and harmonizing legal models such as general terms and conditions, framework agreements, etc. according to current legal developments and internal group requirements
- Providing comprehensive consulting and implementing internal requirements/guidelines in the areas of "Integrity", "Regulatory Affairs" and "Data Privacy"

**Your background**:

- Successful completion of a degree in law, business law or a comparable course of study
- Three to five years of professional experience in a company with a comparable international structure or in a commercial law firm
- Specific knowledge of IT, software and copyright law preferred
- Authoritative and integrating demeanor, commitment, strong team and communication skills, hands-on mentality and flexibility, service-, solution
- and customer-oriented personality, structured approach to work
- Detailed understanding of economic context and technical issues as well as entrepreneurial mindset required, product knowledge from the industry preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
