**This position reports to**:
Head of Legal

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Support in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts (intellectual property, sales, etc.) - Support in the development, updating and standardization of contract templates (e.g. non-disclosure agreements) - Ongoing support and management of corporate law issues in a national and international context - Participation in national and international projects - Contract management (electronic contract life-cycle management) - Communication with relevant stakeholders within the ABB/B&R Group

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Completed studies in law or business law
- Prior knowledge of international contract and commercial law in particular
- Fluent in written & spoken German & English
- Strong analytical and structured working skills
- Confidentiality and loyalty
- Self-confident and professional appearance, as well as assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and proactive
