Sie überzeugen durch Ihren analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsstil und Ihre Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus? Darüber hinaus besitzen Sie eine ausgeprägte fachliche Expertise und bringen bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens oder einer Anwaltskanzlei mit?

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Ausarbeitung, Verhandlung und Prüfung von Verträgen in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Geschäftsbereichen sowie die Verwaltung dieser
- Vorbereitung und aktive Teilnahme an Risk Reviews hinsichtlich vertraglicher Aspekte
- Aktualisierung und Angleichung juristischer Muster wie AGBs, Rahmenverträge etc. an die aktuelle Rechtsentwicklung sowie konzerninternen Vorgaben
- Umfassende Beratung und Implementierung von konzerninternen Vorgaben/Richtlinien in den Bereichen Integrity, Regulatory Affairs and Data Privacy

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3-5 Jahre) in einem Unternehmen mit vergleichbarerer internationaler Struktur oder einer Wirtschaftskanzlei
- Spezifische Kenntnisse im IT-, Software
- und Urheberrecht sind von Vorteil
- Verbindliches und integrierendes Auftreten, Engagement, ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte hands-on-Mentalität und Flexibilität, Dienstleistungs-, Lösungs
- und Kundenorientierung sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und technische Fragestellungen sowie unternehmerische Denkweise, bestenfalls Produktkenntnisse aus der Branche
- Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Teams
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- und Elektronikindustrie in Höhe von € 3.409,59 - € 3.921,29 (je nach Berufserfahrung) brutto/Monat. Die klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von der Qualifikation und Erfahrung, ist vorhanden.
