Sie haben einen analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsstil und zeichnen sich durch Ihre Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit aus? Treibt Sie Ihr Streben nach qualitativ hochwertigen Arbeitsergebnissen an? Verfügen Sie zudem über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Fachwissen und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens oder einer Anwaltskanzlei?

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Selbstständige Vorbereitung, Verhandlung und Prüfung von Verträgen in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Geschäftsbereichen sowie deren Verwaltung
- Vorbereitung und aktive Teilnahme an Risikoprüfungen in Bezug auf vertragliche Aspekte
- Aktualisierung und Harmonisierung von Rechtsmustern wie Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, Rahmenverträgen usw. entsprechend den aktuellen rechtlichen Entwicklungen und konzerninternen Anforderungen

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Studiums der Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
- Drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen mit vergleichbarer internationaler Struktur oder in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei
- Besondere Kenntnisse im IT-, Software
- und Urheberrecht erwünscht
- Verbindliches und integrierendes Auftreten, Engagement, Team
- und Kommunikationsstärke, Hands-on-Mentalität und Flexibilität, dienstleistungs-, lösungs
- und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Detailliertes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und technische Fragen sowie unternehmerisches Denken erforderlich, Produktkenntnisse aus der Branche bevorzugt
- Fähigkeit, in funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
