This position reports toHead of LegalYour role and responsibilitiesIndependently preparing, negotiating and reviewing contracts in coordination with the respective business units and handling administration of these contractsPreparing and actively participating in risk reviews related to contractual aspectsUpdating and harmonizing legal models such as general terms and conditions, framework agreements, etc.
according to current legal developments and internal group requirementsQualifications for the roleSuccessful completion of a degree in law, business law or a comparable course of studyThree to five years of professional experience in a company with a comparable international structure or in a commercial law firmSpecific knowledge of IT, software and copyright law preferredAuthoritative and integrating demeanor, commitment, strong team and communication skills, handson mentality and flexibility, service, solution and customeroriented personality, structured approach to workDetailed understanding of economic context and technical issues as well as entrepreneurial mindset required, product knowledge from the industry preferred Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional and international teamsGood written and spoken German and English skillsMore about usAt B&R, a member of the ABB Group, you can expect an exciting and challenging job with individualized training.
