**Your role and responsibilities**:
Are you a creative thinker - a real pioneer who comes up with innovations and unusual solutions? Then you've come to the right place You will work in an interdisciplinary team on solutions for complex drive technology problems. You will develop innovative ideas in the field of test systems and integration tests and thus accompany our products through to series production. This position is based at our headquarters in Eggelsberg. It's your chance: Take the next step and join us - Team Leader for Tests and Integration Tests - with innovative test concepts for our drive technology you will enable future-oriented product development You will work in an interdisciplinary team on solutions for complex problems in the field of testing and integration tests for drive technology. Your area of responsibility: - Developing proposed solutions within an interdisciplinary project team from concept to series production readiness - Design and implementation of tests and integration tests for modern drive technology - Designing and implementing HIL systems to create an efficient test environment - Testing and commissioning of hardware prototypes, support for compliance tests - Execution of so-called smoke tests and SW integration tests. - Use of existing tools for version management and continuous integration
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Sound education e.g. HTL, FH, university degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, control engineering
- Experience in the field of integration testing and testing of electronic devices
- Programming skills preferably in C/C++ and Matlab/Simulink or Python
- Experience with industrial automation (PLC systems, industrial PCs)
- Experience with electrical drives (servo drives and inverters)
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Strong ability to grasp complex tasks
- High level of self-motivation and communication skills
