**Als wichtiges Mitglied des globalen Serviceteams von B&R sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, ein neues Geschäftsmodell für B&R zu schaffen, das eine verbesserte Kundenausrichtung und -erfahrung fördert und gleichzeitig sicherstellt, dass unsere Partnerschaft für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg gestärkt werden kann. Sie sind dabei für den digitalen Aspekt der Bereitstellung unserer Serviceangebote verantwortlich und werden gemeinsam mit der IT-Abteilung die Gestaltung unseres Bereitstellungsmodells auf der Grundlage der Marktbedürfnisse und der Kundenerfahrungen vorantreiben.**

- Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
- Überwachung und Verbesserung spezifischer Servicetools (z.B. IQ, CRM, CoPro, SAP)
- Definition der Anforderungen und Entwicklung der Business Case in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und der IT-Abteilung
- Selbständige Projektarbeit in diversen Arbeitspaketen
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung/Verwaltung des Service-Dashboards und der KPIs
- Ableitung von Kennzahlen für das Vertriebsteam um relevante Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Ansprechpartner für alle Vertriebssysteme und Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Service
- Ihr Hintergrund
- Idealerweise einschlägige Erfahrung im Vertrieb sowie im Business Process Management
- IT-Interesse und Verständnis für komplexe Prozesslandschaften
- Beherrschung der gängigen Prozessmanagement
- und Dokumentations-Methoden und Tools von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen und dem Erfassen von Informationserfassung erwünscht
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Leidenschaft für Prozessoptimierungen und Automatisierungen

Zur Einhaltung der rechtlichen Vorschriften verweisen wir auf das Mindestgehalt des Kollektivvertrages der Elektro
- und Elektronikindustrie in Höhe von € 3.102,45 brutto/Monat. Die klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von der Qualifikation und Erfahrung, ist vorhanden.
