Global Delivery Excellence Manager, Industrial Automation

The Global Delivery Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency and accuracy in customer order processing at ABB. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this position ensures seamless delivery of products and services that meet the highest standards of quality and punctuality.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary management of the delivery scheduling department with a focus on team development.
- Development and review of customer service strategies to ensure exceptional delivery experiences.
- Crafting and implementing optimization plans to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining defined delivery reliability targets by monitoring and defining improvement actions.
- Monitoring customer orders to guarantee correct and timely deliveries.
- Serving as the central point of contact for customer inquiries and orders.
- Coordinating and resolving customer issues through collaboration with sales, logistics, and other teams.
- Supporting after-sales service and developing corresponding processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with SAP: Proven knowledge and practical experience in working with SAP systems.
- Delivery Scheduling Expertise: Strong background in planning and managing delivery processes.
- Order Handling Experience: Extensive experience in processing and managing customer orders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
- Solution-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Foreign language skills in written and spoken English.
- Several years of professional experience in sales operations.
- Commercial or technical education at university level.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 USD, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
