Als Head of Lean Production sind Sie für die Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Lean-Prinzipien und -Methoden verantwortlich. Sie leiten den gemeinsamen Ansatz zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Bereiches Operation, einschließlich der Schaffung einer Kultur des kontinuierlichen Lernens und der Verbesserung. **Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen in der Operations
- Selbständige Konzeptionierung, Organisation und Abwicklung von Verbesserungsprojekten
- Planung und Durchführung von Lean-Initiativen sowie Schulung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern bei der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden
- Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen gemeinsam mit den Prozessverantwortlichen
- Aufbereitung von Tools und Methoden für Trainings und Workshops
- Moderation von Lean-Workshops und internes Training von Lean-Methoden

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliches
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- ERP-Erfahrung sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean Methoden und Tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma)
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Präsentations
- und Moderationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten
- Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
